I would give them 10 if there was a 10 point rating. They came in on time, fixed the issue really fast and perfectly, very reasonable price, friendly plumbers! Excellent customer service through the phone! Keep up the good work !

Our water heater went out unexpectedly and our call was returned within minutes. The technician came out within the hour, explained everything in detail, and the cost was below the estimate. All around GREAT service!

I called in and spoke with Craig in their plumbing department. An elderly friend of mine was purchasing an older home where the laundry hookups used to be upstairs, but at some point they were moved down to the basement. She wanted to have them moved back to where they originally were. We had already gotten quotes from Frisbees and Roger's and were looking for a third. Craig threw out a number that was way higher than what we were already quoted, so I asked him it if was something he would want to take a look at to get a firmer idea. He seemed put off by the fact that I had hunted for other quotes, scoffed and said "No, not really." Clearly they are uninterested in fighting for your business. He seemed totally uninterested in getting a clearer picture of what the project would entail so we could get a real idea of the cost of the project and not an off the cuff number. I work a lot of projects and house deals in the area, and do not intend on using Hander in the future.

We were extremely pleased with the prompt and professional service we recently received from Hander Plumbing. They responded within one day to our online request for service to repair a leaky kitchen sink drain and the ultimate replacement thereof. Their plumber’s knowledge and experience in removing and replacing existing drain stacks and supply lines in our 90-year-old home was particularly impressive. He readily explained all aspects of the project in response to our inquiries including cost of labor, materials, etc. Work was accomplished in less than a day, and having Hander do the work was a pleasure.

I called on Wednesday of this week for a hot water heater replacement and had a representative sent to my location on Thursday morning. The gentleman I talked to on Wednesday was great! Explaining the various options I was considering and offering me different choices. Jacob was the young man that was sent to me for our replacement. Jacob was very thorough and explained the process and set about his work. He called me down shortly after he arrived to tell me that my diagnosis was incorrect. I did not have a failure of my heater but a failure in my pressure expansion tank! What was going to be a several thousand dollar expenditure was about to be a couple hundred. Considering my call with the service advisor the day before, I knew I was living on borrowed time with my current heater and elected to go ahead with the replacement (my luck it would have failed in a couple of months and I would have relived the whole flooded basement scenario which I would avoid at all costs!). The work was concluded in a very timely manner, the work area was left cleaner than when Jacob arrived, he presented me an accurate bill, explained the various functions, and hauled away my old and defective parts! I have been a long time Hander customer and it is because of service like this, both on the phone and the personnel they send for calls, that will keep me one for the foreseeable future. I called Hander plumbing with a dead water heater at 8 am on Friday before a holiday weekend and boy did they deliver! Someone was at my house by 10:45 (an hour before they said they would be) and the job was done by 2 pm. New water heater installed, old one taken away. The Service Tech was kind, polite and nice to my nosy puppy which was more than I could have asked for. Thank you for your quick and kind service.

I recently called Hander Plumbing to replace a garbage disposal in my rental property. They were very friendly on the phone and got a service call scheduled for the following day. They sent Jeremy and he replaced my disposal quickly. Jeremy was very friendly and kind and took the time to answer my questions. I highly recommend Hander!

Our pipes started groaning out of the blue. I was concerned when several days passed without response to my on-line service request. But after I called, a technician arrived the following day. He diagnosed the problem, had the right part in his truck and completed the fix in less than 2 hours. I was impressed with his professionalism and service orientation. This is our 3rd experience with Hander, and we highly recommend them.
